This is an unofficial worksheet for training and self-tracking, not the official DA Form 705-TEST. Points are computed from the official Army scoring scales. Verify any result against your official scorecard before it goes in your record.
Pick your standard and age group at the top, then enter your raw result for each event: the deadlift in pounds, hand-release push-ups in reps, and the sprint-drag-carry, plank, and two-mile run as minutes and seconds. Each entry is converted to a point value from 0 to 100 using the official Army scoring scales, the same data behind our AFT calculator, so the numbers match what an official scorecard would show.
When you are done, use the Print button to print a clean copy or save it as a PDF. The printed version drops the site navigation and shows just your scorecard, with name, date, unit, your entries, the points, and the pass or fail result.
The Army records official AFT results on DA Form 705-TEST (Army Fitness Test Scorecard), effective June 1, 2025. That form, completed and signed by your unit during a record test, is the version that counts for your file, promotion points, and standards compliance.
The scorecard on this page is an unofficial worksheet for training, practice tests, and self-tracking. It does the scoring math for you and prints cleanly, but it is not a substitute for the official form. Use it to know exactly where you stand before test day, then rely on your unit's DA Form 705-TEST for the record.
Two conditions have to be met. First, every event must score at least 60 points, shown as GO on each row. Falling below 60 on a single event is a NO-GO and fails the whole test no matter how high your total is. Second, your total must reach the minimum for your standard: 300 on the general standard or 350 on the combat standard. For the full requirements by age and event, see the AFT standards page.
